Roundtable (drop-in hour) Meeting with Graduate Administrators

The health, safety and well-being of our community members is very important to us, and at the same time, we are committed to continue offering our regular services and appointments virtually during these times. As a result, the next roundtable (drop-in hour) meeting with graduate administrators scheduled for Friday, April 3, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. will be held online only via Skype for Business in Office 365. It would be ideal that you arrange for a computer/laptop with access to a microphone to allow for smooth discussions. As a last resort, you may use the chat window to type and communicate during the meeting.
These roundtable meetings are a way for graduate administrators to get together on a regular basis to discuss emerging issues surrounding graduate program administration and share best practices with each other. If there is a particular topic you wish to be addressed, please send it to Ed Baluyut by Wednesday, March 25th. During the meeting, we will address any issues or topics sent in advance first. Attendees will also have an opportunity to discuss issues or topics they brought with them. Some find it useful to simply listen in.
To minimize audio interference during the meeting, attendees will be muted when they first log in. Please use the chat window to request to be unmuted whenever you wish to speak.
