MailPoet Overview

Several SGS units use MailPoet to send out their communications, including:

• Dean’s Messages (view an example)
• Gradschool e-news (view an example)
• Postdoctoral Fellows (view an example)
• GCAC (view an example)

This service is available to all SGS units to create visually appealing, consistent, accessible, responsive emails.

Emails can include:

• Headings
• Plain text
• Hyperlinks
• Bullet point lists
• Graphics/images (photos, icons, emojis, logos, graphic designed images)
• Buttons
• And more!

In addition to graphic elements included in MailPoet, you may also wish to create graphics using Canva. For access to SGS‘s Premium account, please contact SGS Communications.

Login with your UTORid to enews.sgs.utoronto.ca/admin.

If you don’t see a full dashboard, it may mean that you have not yet been granted permissions. Please contact SGS Communications to obtain editing permissions.
